An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a company based in Ringwood, who are looking to expand their team of experienced Home Insurance Customer Advisors. You will be required to offer an advisory service to customers to ensure the cover provided is suited to their requirements.

You will be responsible for:

* Handling new home insurance sales enquiries from quotation through to sale
* Administering policies
* Fielding enquiries via telephone, email and online chat.

You will not be targeted on sales volume, but you will be required to meet high service standards and maintain compliance at all times.

There are excellent opportunities for progression within this rapidly growing business. You will need to possess excellent rapport and communication skills to succeed.

Essential:
