Our client is looking to take on a graduate sales support coordinator which will see you maintaining and providing first level support and training for the field sales team members and their day to day operations. Assisting with the co-ordination of testing , deployment of new field sales tools, training documentation and business process mapping, the role will see you liaising with senior management.
The role includes duties such as:
Building effective relationships with customers and maintaining contact with key personal
Accurate completion and timely return of all administration
Set up and deploy devices and user profiles
Create & maintain user manuals and reference Guides
Attend regular meetings
Communicate trade/competitor activity back to management in a timely fashion
