The Company
This not for profit organisation is looking for a site manager to take on this small residential aged care facility located in Angle Park

The Facility
With an excellent care team this position is really suited to a manager who can maintain accreditation standards, be operationally focused, with high attention to detail, excellent with clinical indicators to review business processes and adjust as appropriate. You must have great customer service, excellent communication skills and good at giving direction, with excellent people management.

The Role
Site Manager, this is an integral role to any facility. You will need to keep on top of the daily running of the facility as well as manage staff, rosters, care teams, maintenance, address occupancy and all duties expected of a manager.

Accounts Receivable / Debt Collector

To be successful you will have a solid working history in a similar role, as well as strong communications skills with drivers and customer.

Experience in making proactive calls to customers with outstanding debts and ensure that customers debts are collected in line with our payment terms.

Solid debt collection experience and ability to firmly chase money without offending the customer

About You
